From 310 to 120 mg/dL. I’m 62. I used to never enjoy my favorite meals without worrying about my blood sugar.

Three years ago, I moved from Scottsdale Arizona to Great Falls, Virginia and I was excited about all the adventures this new place had to offer. I was moving with my my husband because we wanted to finally enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment after years of hard work. I couldn’t wait to explore this new territory together.

There was one really big issue, however…

My blood sugar levels were constantly fluctuating, often spiking above 250 mg/dL, and I was always tied to my glucose monitor and medications.

I had been struggling with high blood sugar for years before the move.

Living with type 2 diabetes was exhausting. The constant vigilance required to manage my condition was draining, both physically and mentally. It felt like a never-ending battle. Every meal was a source of anxiety, and every spike or drop in my blood sugar felt like a setback. I was losing hope that I would ever have a normal, carefree life again.

I felt miserable and depressed because of this, and the worst part is it crept up on me VERY slowly. I wasn’t active, and I couldn’t enjoy my favorite meals or activities anymore.

I was completely hopeless until my best friend, Martha, told me about this video she watched that helped her balance her blood sugar levels over the summer.

After all those failed attempts and feeling completely hopeless, I started implementing this ‘morning ritual’ technique that practically started to stabilize my blood sugar levels.

Not to mention this also gave me some incredible life benefits (increased energy, improved mood, and better overall health - just to name a few)...
